Here are some pictures I took during a day trip to Nordegg, apparently a 200+ year old mining community and semi-ghost town in Western Alberta. I arrived in town surprised because there is still a relatively large population and the "ghost town" was actually a bunch of old shanties sprinkled in the woods along the outskirts of town. Most of the pictures I took are black and white but I kept a couple color ones so it didn't get too depressing. Click to see 'em bigger.
